Brief: We will focus on setting the zero-carbon goals and creating a suitable timeframe for the project.

Concept Design: It's essential to include surveys to upcycle as much as possible and specify the most sustainable materials. Whole Life Carbon Assessments will constantly guide our design actions and we will continuously evaluate options for improvement.

Technical Design: In the tendering process, we work with Tier 1 local supply chain to ensure low-carbon products and methods of working are utilised.

Construction: Our regular Contractor Engagement Reports provide real-time data from our supply chain, throughout the delivery phase.

Handover & In-use: We will calculate the final quantity of carbon for offsetting and report, disclose and provide project comparisons to demonstrate that all our shared sustainable goals have been met.

End of Life: For a truly circular approach, we will provide a lifetime programme to ensure that our clients and their landlords execute and manage the end-of-life assumptions.
