One of the largest global insurance and asset management providers, Generali had a total premium income of more than € 69.7 billion in 2019. The Group has a leading position in Europe and a growing presence in Asia and Latin America. Their London HQ needed to work for them as a post-Covid workplace of the future, utilising technology to ensure best practice within the office.

Having worked with Generali in the past, we were already immersed in the company’s culture and vision, so were able to quickly identify the transformation they were looking for. The result was Smart, flexible, activity-based workspaces that would allow them to be agile in meeting changing demands. 

As this project was delivered during lockdown, a comprehensive risk assessment was undertaken, and stringent social distancing and hygiene measures were in place throughout. Despite these additional measures, the project was delivered on time and on budget to a very happy client.
