Following a successful design pitch Woodalls were appointed to help Tropic Skincare fitout their new facility in Croydon to create 7 new laboratories on the ground floor and installing a mezzanine floor for an agile workplace.
Woodalls provided a complete design and delivery solution, from analysis of dermatologist user requirements and room data sheets to full development of the RIBA (0-8) design package and snag free project delivery within a 22 week programme.
Our scope included structural, HVAC, mechanical and electrical services with the site control by our experienced construction managers creating a facility that will empower Tropics progress.
